At Maliere all our products are finished according, not only to our own high standards but each piece that we produce is individually tested and hallmarked in France.

The customer has the right to cancel an order within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods provided that merchandise is still in its original condition (whichever is the longer).  If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at ian@maliere.com detailing your reasons for the return. You must also supply your Order_ID so that we can cancel the order and refund the transaction.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods and the original cost of delivery is non-refundable. This does not apply to damaged goods.
